I’m one of those people who gets really bored by the same workout routine day by day. In order to keep myself motivated, I am constantly trying new things to keep fit. Going to the gym and running on the treadmill just doesn’t cut it for me. My mind has to be actively engaged in working out. Last year, I got really into Zumba. It was a fun way to burn calories and keep in shape. But now that I’ve been doing it for a year or so, I’m ready for something new. A few friends of mine were telling me about Crossfit the other day, and they absolutely raved about it. They said that I would love it because the workouts are different every day. You go at your own pace but you workout with other people, which keeps it from getting boring. I figure, it can’t hurt to give it a try, right? I googled “crossfit morris county” and was excited to find one just up the street from my house!
